Can't get my printer to work

I have 2 orange blinking lights the error one and the B one at first shown cartridge was done then replaced from that time on it has jam to print again on the computer it shows no black ink yet when we try to refill again the ink over flows

No Customer Tech Service for Product

I have a perfectly working Canon Pixma MX340 Multi-Function Printer. I swapped out my Verizon Wireless Router, which necessitates reconnecting my printer.

My specific printer is no longer supported by Canon's "live" technician. All I can do is use their online support, which is not a live person. Online support requires me to use a USB port to re-sync my printer. My MacBook Air does not have a USB port.

So, I'm stuck. Canon will do NOTHING except offer a discount for me to purchase a new product. So here I am with a perfectly good computer, tons of ink, a MacBook Air, all the paper in the world and I cannot get the MacBook and printer to sync. Canon refuses to help.

They said, "We made a business decision to no longer support your printer.

The only choice you have is to become a part of our Discount Program to get a printer into your home though we cannot guarantee that your ink stock will work with the newer printer." I have many Canon products though will NEVER purchase another product from them again. The fact that they will not support their products is unconscionable!

User's recommendation: Be careful in buying Canon products because if you are lucky that your product lasts a long time you will find that you will have no support from them.

the stupid printer i just bought will not down load the drivers.Worse when i contacted the online support they wanted money to provide support you cannot get past their robot/AI chatbot.Will never buy a product from them again.taking this piece of crap back to the shop

Poor quality of

I bought a cannon printer TS model .. worked once in two weeks time would not connect ever again to any device in my house.now sitting in my trash free to any home really going back to HP

Rude Support Specialist

The customer support specialist assigned to my case called from 1-31*-***-****, the gentlemen spoke with an Indian accent and was quite rude when I asked him to please repeat himself. Treated me as if I was a child not simple directions, also asking the same questions two or three times. I only called for assistance with the alignment process not to be berated. Carl Williams

my canon lbp6030b printer prints only test page but not documents

I have a canon lbp6030b printer. If I print a test page, it will print. However, if I try to print from any application it will not print, nor does the print job appear in the printer queue. This happens if I try to print via USB and through sharing. Any ideas?

Zero customer service

Not the first time submitting printer for repair with unsatisfactory results. Quoted a significant percentage of the cost of a new machine and parts available in a ridiculous number of working days. After being told to ignore the computer generated emails (they had set up amd sent) and repeated emails for repair/parts status.. the supply of parts lead time more than doubled.. well over a month just to get parts. At the price charged international courier could have been used. With 2 dslrs, a broadcast quality HD video camera and 2x printers. The switch from canon will take a while but with zero competency in the service area one has to realise you are actually throwing your investment away.

I have a TS6420 printer and all of a sudden after about a year of use, it stopped printing pages. It turns own but it won't print pages. I have looked everywhere for answers. I cannot contact Canon support, practically non-existent. The printer was great until today when it stopped printing pages.

I returned a printer to Canon the day after I received it. Its coming up on two months and still no refund! Their excuse? Internal IT problem. How does it take so long to fix such a problem! Customer service is terrible. Im done with Canon products. A very disappointing experience.
