Rude Support Specialist

The customer support specialist assigned to my case called from 1-31*-***-****, the gentlemen spoke with an Indian accent and was quite rude when I asked him to please repeat himself. Treated me as if I was a child not simple directions, also asking the same questions two or three times. I only called for assistance with the alignment process not to be berated. Carl Williams

This is a review of the Customer Service Support for Canon Printers

I have a TS6420 printer and all of a sudden after about a year of use, it stopped printing pages. It turns own but it won't print pages. I have looked everywhere for answers. I cannot contact Canon support, practically non-existent. The printer was great until today when it stopped printing pages.

User's recommendation: Customer Support Sucks, this is my last Canon printer.

Horrible company to deal with!!

I returned a printer to Canon the day after I received it. Its coming up on two months and still no refund! Their excuse? Internal IT problem. How does it take so long to fix such a problem! Customer service is terrible. Im done with Canon products. A very disappointing experience.

Trying to reach customer service - IMPOSSIBLE

I am trying to reach customer service for Canon P23-DH V. Impossible, it requires a registration, then hangs up on you. The voice recognition system is horrible.

Canon MX 530 printer

I cannot get support for troubleshooting my Canon MX530 printer. The phone support is a vicious cycle of asking me for the model number and the voice telling me where to find it on my printer. I give the model number and the voice thinks I've chosen a camera. I would like to speak to a technical support person.

Zero customer service

Not the first time submitting printer for repair with unsatisfactory results. Quoted a significant percentage of the cost of a new machine and parts available in a ridiculous number of working days. After being told to ignore the computer generated emails (they had set up amd sent) and repeated emails for repair/parts status.. the supply of parts lead time more than doubled.. well over a month just to get parts. At the price charged international courier could have been used. With 2 dslrs, a broadcast quality HD video camera and 2x printers. The switch from canon will take a while but with zero competency in the service area one has to realise you are actually throwing your investment away.

User's recommendation: Avoid canon products there is zero after sales service. And zero regard for customers concerns for the same….

Horrible experience. I have an account, but cannot log in using my phone number. I have called 5 numbers.bers

My printer is asking for a location, who knows what that means. I have entered my name, address, and email. All I get is put on hold or an automated voice tell me to enter my phone. I have gone back and checked my account, updated my account and still get the same recording stating I must have and account or enter my phone number related to my account, but then I get a recording saying there is no account with that phone number.

User's recommendation: Don't bother, a huge waste of time. Do not buy Cannon products, you will not receive technical support.

Company sending out false sales emails

Canon send out false sales emails telling prospective customers items are now in stock when they are not which causes confusion for customers and normally results in the customer having to phone customer services which are in Greece from the uk at premium rate phone calls when they attempt to complete the purchase in the basket and the payment isnt accepted

Have set up printer/copier for wireless operation. Having printing difficulties already. Need to speak with a Tech Support person to resolve issue.

You have no 24/7 Tech Support. Frustrating as I work during the day! When initially set up, it printed; then my wife would try to print and it would print 12 hours later. I printed one page thru the single page feeder. Now it wont print at all. Trying to set print preference LTR (8.5 x 11) but keeps reverting to envelope. HELP!!!

I want the machine to work!

The worst customer service EVER

If you want any kind of support at all, there is no chat or email option, just phone. BUT...before they will talk to you, you have to first create an account. Then you have to register your product. I did this after getting hung up on three times. I finally got through on the 4th try, only to hear my product is out of warranty so they can't help me. After following all directions my black ink still isn't printing. This has taken me all afternoon. What a waste of time.Do NOT buy
