Only three views?
No change in Canon's attitude toward their malfunctioning camera.
Still advertizing the h out of it, they must have millions of them to get rid of. Still finding suckers buying this lemon.
Check out Canon's own web site, 80 plus pages of complaints. Don't buy this camera.

Where to begin.
SX280HS Power Shot Camera

This is Vice President of Canon Mr. Elliot Peck’s mantra. I wonder if he is aware of the Canon SX280HS camera fiasco taking place right now on their own site: forums.usa.canon.com/t5/PowerShot/SX280-battery-life-shooting-video/td-p/22489 There are more than 80 pages of complaints about Canon’s lack of support for this camera’s problems. After trying all of Canon’s suggestions I sent mine back for warranty listing all the problems. Canon sent it back to me saying it was repaired. It wasn’t! It did exactly the same thing it was doing before. This has happened to many people as evidenced by the web site. I wonder if they really even looked at it. How ridiculous is this? A great company like Canon apparently not caring about their customers. Is Canon hoping the problem will just go away after a while?
Monetary Loss: $280.
