I have had to send new camera back 3 times in 2 months to get the same problem repaired. Every time it has come back in the same condition as when I sent it. Their response is to s nd it in again. The camera is 2 months old and has been at Canon more than with me....

Canon financial takes customers from dealers

We were a dealer for imagerunner copiers, we sent our customers to canon financial to offer lease options to our customers that we brought to them. When upgrade time comes up, they will not give you upgrade info. So you have given your customer to canon, Dealers Beware!!!
